May we remind you that in this case you are the importer of the product, and responsible to the local taxes and other regulations that may be applicable. (The transporter will process it and charge you on delivery)
You do not pay French VAT! (So less 19,6% from the display prices.) After you enter your address, all prices will be re-calculated without VAT.

We can only assure support in France, so after sales services transports are at your cost.

- For expedition, we are currently working with UPS (www.ups.com) which proposes comparable prices to DHL, EMS or Chronopost.
So far we are satisfied with their service as our customers can observe in real time the evolution of the expedition via internet.
After you fill in the orders on our website, the expedition cost will be calculated automatically based on your delivery address.
If you wish to have insurance for the transport, please mention it in the note on the order form. (Cost = 1% of product).
By default the products are not insured and transport is at customer risk. (UPS is very reliable, we do not have any case of loss.)

- For overseas orders we do not accept credit card payment,
We propose bank transfer as means of payment.
After ordering, we will inform you our bank account number and the amount to be transfered.
